Graham Howard is Special Counsel at Grayson Clements joining the firm from the United Kingdom and bringing with him 25 years’ experience in commercial, intellectual property, and digital economy law.

He has provided transactional, advisory, and dispute resolution services to a diverse range of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, universities, and industrial sectors and has a proven track record of shepherding businesses through the intricate landscapes of international collaborations and challenging regulatory compliance.

Graham’s focus is always on building relationships and understanding a client’s ambitions, their challenges, and aspirations so he can provide personalised guidance tailored to each client’s unique journey.

With experience in multiple jurisdictions, Graham understands business and how it deals with modern risks. His core competencies extend to IP protection and enforcement, privacy and reputation management, trade libel, cyber breach, data and GDPR compliance, technology-related mergers and acquisitions and cross-border mediation.

He is passionate about staying abreast of the latest developments and trends in the digital economy and is admitted in England and Wales, New Zealand, Australia (Queensland), and Botswana.
